Who can rent a vehicle?

Is there a minimum rental period?
At Kia Flex, a rent is envisaged for 30 days or longer. On request, a rental duration of 14 days is also possible.
Do you have to be a minimum age to rent a Kia from Kia Flex?
Yes, you have to be at least 19 years old and have had a driving licence for at least a year.
Where can I collect the rental vehicle?
This is possible at all Kia partners and at Hertz stations in Switzerland. Alternatively, you can also have your rental vehicle delivered in return for a small fee.
Can the model be exchanged for another if necessary?
Yes. After a rental period of 30 days, you can exchange your current Kia at any time for another Kia.
What costs are included in the rental price?
The monthly rental price includes the rental price of the desired model, the road tax, the motorway vignette, the seasonal tyres, anti-theft protection and liability reduction in the event of a claim with a deductible, passenger accident insurance, a free-of-charge additional driver, the young driver fee for drivers under the age of 25 and an allowance of 1500 or 4000 kilometres.
How are the rental instalments paid?
The monthly bill or final bill in the event of early return after 30 days will be debited from your credit card.
Can somebody other than me drive the hire car?
Yes, you can register a second driver free of charge. This person must be registered at the station and provide proof of his or her identity.
Can a third party pay my rent if I do not have a credit card of my own?
Yes, but the credit card holder must be present on collection.
